Ann Harding Cheshire Home Breakfast run

Join us for a a bacon and egg roll at Ann Harding Cheshire Home from 08:30

Address: 40 4th Road, Randburg, Gauteng

Dave will give a short talk, we will meet some of the residents of Cheshire Home, and then we officially leave on our 2 week 6 500km adventure through the beautiful South Africa.

Come bearing gifts!

Cheshire Homes need your time, care and skills as much (if not more) than donations. Please see where you can volunteer.

If you prefer to donate, here are some beautiful, practical options:

From Jackie Kyle (Ann Harding Cheshire Homes):

In terms of gifts, we do need art materials (see below list), and we are also desperately in need of crockery for our kitchens – probably plain white catering crockery would be the best option. We just need dinner plates, cereal bowls, mugs, side plates and possibly cups and saucers. We have 40 Residents, but we wouldn’t expect everything in one go, and would be grateful for whatever they would be able to donate. Not sure how that would work on the bikes though .

The list for art materials is as follows :

Tile cutters

Mosaic tiles

Wood glue

Wood cut outs (to paint or mosaic)

Plaster of paris moulds

Tins to decorate
